FAITHFLIX OF LOVE CROWNS JOY WITH VIBRANT ARTISTRY

The night blossomed into a symphony of light and excitement, with crimson carpets and radiant smiles composing a story of love and fellowship. On Friday, 20th February 2026, the forecourt of the Graduate Block at Pentecost University became not just a venue, but a transformed stage where elegance met anticipation, and every step carried the rhythm of expectation.

The second edition of Faithflix of love was set in motion as friends glided into the space, their laughter mingling with the evening breeze. Yet, beneath the ambience lay a deeper intent: to celebrate love through the lens of Christ, where film became a mirror of faith and fellowship a pathway to transformation.

Guests were welcomed on a beautifully laid red carpet, striking poses for the cameras and sharing affectionate smiles that reflected the joy of the evening. After check‑in, participants moved into the lively “engine room,” where blankets and pillows created a cozy ambience under colorful lights and soothing beats. Within an hour, the venue was filled with students and friends, eager for an evening of connection and reflection.

The program opened with prayer, followed by a refreshing ministration from the Kingdom Praise Choir that energized the audience. In his welcome address, Rev. Dr. Patrick Lebene Adonoo encouraged attendees to be fully present, urging them to minimize distractions and embrace meaningful engagement. The MC, Kukuaa Amankwaa, sustained the lively atmosphere with interactive games, including the “Red Flag and Green Flag” challenge, which sparked laughter, reflection, and vibrant interaction.

At the heart of the evening was the screening of the Christian sports drama, “Remember the Goal”. The film’s emphasis on humility, discipline, and consistency resonated strongly with the audience. As sobolo and popcorn were served, participants relaxed and absorbed the lessons. Reflections shared afterward revealed personal insights, with one student remarking, “The movie reminded me that discipline is the bridge between dreams and reality.”

The program was dignified by the presence of Apostle Professor Kwabena Agyapong‑Kodua, Vice Chancellor of Pentecost University, and his wife, Mrs. Vida Agyapong‑Kodua. Also present were the Campus Pastor, Rev. Dr. Patrick Lebene Adonoo, with Lady Dr. Sheena Patricks‑Adonoo, alongside distinguished guest speakers Elder Dr. Jedidiah Appiah and Dr. Mrs. Caroline Appiah, and Mr. Kwaku Anim‑Nyarko with his wife, Mrs. Agnes Anim‑Nyarko. Their participation underscored the institutional support behind initiatives that promote holistic student development.

A breakout session added depth to the evening, as the seasoned ministers and their spouses addressed questions on relationships. In a refreshing exchange, the male speakers engaged the female students while the female speakers addressed the male students to offer balanced perspectives on love, responsibility, and personal growth.

The evening reached a solemn climax when the Vice Chancellor offered prayers over the gathering, committing the students and their journeys into God’s hands. The closing moments were marked by gratitude, renewed clarity, and a shared sense of purpose.

FaithFlix of Love was not just a movie night, but a carefully curated encounter where entertainment met instruction, and celebration met transformation. As PENSA-PU continues to nurture faith and fellowship within the university community, students and partners alike are encouraged to anticipate and support future editions of this impactful initiative.
